Become a Member of Sunlight Church

Are you new to the church and want to learn more about us? Have you been coming for a while and want to take that next step? Or maybe you’re somewhere in between. Well, no matter where you are in your journey with us, we invite you to take that next step in faith by becoming a member.

Our Membership Class is the place to go to hear about what we believe God is up to in the world, what He is doing at Sunlight Community Church, and it also provides us an opportunity to get to know you and your story.

Membership Class Overview

We want to honor your time, so we ask that before the class, you complete some pre-class work and reading and prepare your salvation story to share in the class.

The class is 1 time and last about 2 hours, lunch is included. This is held after church in Classroom A.

We’ll cover the story of Sunlight, culture, what’s currently happening, how to get involved in our various ministries, and have a time for Q&A. Then you’ll meet other people at your table and have the opportunity to briefly share your story.

After the class, you will be contacted by someone to affirm your membership or to provide the necessary next steps toward membership. Then, at the next Celebration Service, we’ll celebrate our new members.
